Asian Minority Action Network (AMAN) is a non-profit organization working since 2014. We operate pan-India as well as in other Asian countries. AMAN aims to emerge as a think tank as well as consultative body for dissemination of information for CSOs at national and Asian level for humanitarian causes.

Demand generation is the process of creating awareness and demand for your products or services. The goal of a demand generation program is to form relationships with the right prospects and nurture these contacts into long-term customer relationships. The strategy includes 3 primary goals:
1. Reducing new HIV infections
2. Increasing access to care and improving health outcomes for people living with HIV.
3. Reducing HIV-related disparities and health inequities.
AMAN Team use strategies such as abstinence (not having sex), never sharing needles, and using condoms the right way every time you have sex.
Capacity building enables nonprofit organizations and their leaders to develop competencies and skills that can make them more effective and sustainable, thus increasing the potential for charitable nonprofits to enrich lives and solve society's most intractable problems. We at AMAN believe this and are working towards the same for societal good.
AMAN received Certificate of Excellence: Best NGO Award in 2022 by Association of Muslim Professionals(AMP) to acknowledge outstanding contribution in upliftment of Society and Nation Building.

एचआईवी/एड्स एवं टीबी नियंत्रण को लेकर मासिक समन्वय बैठक आयोजित जमशेदपुर : एमजीएम अस्पताल, जमशेदपुर स्थित एआरटी सेंटर में जिला क्षय रोग पदाधिकारी-सह-नोडल पदाधिकारी (एचआईवी/एड्स), जमशेदपुर, डॉ. जोगेश्वर प्रसाद की अध्यक्षता में मासिक समन्वय बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में एचआईवी/एड्स एवं टीबी नियंत्रण कार्यक्रमों के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, रेफरल एवं लिंकेज सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ बनाने तथा राष्ट्रीय एड्स नियंत्रण संगठन (NACO) द्वारा निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति हेतु रणनीतियों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। बैठक के दौरान एचआईवी की शीघ्र जांच, समय पर उपचार, उपचार अनुपालन (ट्रीटमेंट एडहेरेंस), लाभार्थियों के नियमित फॉलो-अप तथा जागरूकता गतिविधियों को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने पर विशेष बल दिया गया। साथ ही टीबी एवं एचआईवी से प्रभावित व्यक्तियों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए विभिन्न विभागों एवं संस्थाओं के बीच समन्वय बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया गया। डॉ. जोगेश्वर प्रसाद ने कहा कि एचआईवी एवं टीबी नियंत्रण कार्यक्रमों की सफलता के लिए सभी संबंधित विभागों एवं कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच बेहतर तालमेल आवश्यक है। उन्होंने लाभार्थियों तक समय पर जांच, उपचार एवं परामर्श सेवाएं पहुंचाने तथा समुदाय में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास करने का आह्वान किया। बैठक में उपस्थित आईसीटीसी परामर्शदाताओं एवं विभिन्न सहयोगी संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए तथा सेवाओं को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने के लिए सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए। बैठक का समापन कार्यक्रम के लक्ष्यों को सफलतापूर्वक प्राप्त करने तथा लाभार्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने की सामूहिक प्रतिबद्धता के साथ हुआ। बैठक में एआरटी सेंटर, टार्गेटेड इंटरवेंशन (TI) परियोजनाओं, प्लान इंडिया, एचएलएफएफटी, सीएससी, एसएसके, तथा टीबी विभाग के अधिकारी एवं AMAN कर्मी मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित थे।
The Dhwani Foundation organized a Proposal Writing Workshop from 9–11 July 2026 at Hotel Mantri, Ranchi. The workshop focused on strengthening proposal development and resource mobilization skills for civil society organizations. Mr. Md. Hashmat Rabbani, Funding Resource Support Person, and the Secretary of AMAN actively participated in the training. The sessions provided practical insights into writing effective funding proposals and engaging with donors. The workshop enhanced participants' capacity to develop quality project proposals for sustainable organizational growth.

BE AWARE Sexual harassment can happen to anyone. Recognize it, prevent it, and report it.
On 24 July 2026, we conducted an awareness session in Palamu, Jharkhand, for around 18 individuals. The session focused on recognising and preventing sexual harassment, highlighting key behaviours such as unwanted physical contact or sharing inappropriate content. We provided information on reporting mechanisms, including the Women's Helpline – 181 and local police stations. The following behaviors constitute sexual harassment: ❌ Unwelcome physical contact or touching. ❌ Sharing or circulating inappropriate videos, images, or other explicit content without consent. ❌ Spreading sexual rumors or making sexually suggestive statements. ❌ Requesting, demanding, or pressuring someone for sexual favors or relationships. ❌ Making obscene, offensive, or sexually coloured remarks. ❌ Invading someone's privacy or engaging in other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature.

चआईवी/एड्स एवं टीबी नियंत्रण को लेकर मासिक समन्वय बैठक
On 25 June 2026, we organised a monthly coordination meeting for HIV/AIDS and TB control at the ARST Centre in MGM Hospital, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand. The meeting was attended by around 44 stakeholders from the TB Department and our team. We facilitated discussions to ensure better coordination and support among the attendees. As a result, our partnership with the TB Department has strengthened.
SSK Award for Proposal Writing
On 23 May 2026,SSK conducted a Proposal Writing Training in Palamu, Jharkhand, for a select group of 8 individuals. The importance of Education-Proposal writing was highlighted throughout the session. We provided a comprehensive understanding of the proposal writing process to the AMAN Secretary and other NGO team members. As a result, they now have the necessary skills to craft effective proposals for educational projects.

On the letter of Dr. Saroj Nithani, APD, USACS through letter 12P/NP/USACS/TI 2022-23/137 dated 3.6.2022, AMAN PD has directed to PM Mr. Shubham Kumar and Lead ORW Uttam Kuila to participate in the same.
Celebration of World Health Day
World Health Day has been observed annually to draw kind attention to health. AMAN celebrated World Health Day at Panisole hotspot in Baharagora, East Singhbhum motivating HRG and stake holders to keep human and planet healthy. PM of TI Project Shubham Paul said that everyone should be aware about symptoms of AIDS to prevent the same. He also shared the toll free helpline numbers for HIV 1097, ambulance 108, health information 104 so that people will be aware of it and might use it someday.
AMAN team attend training on NACP V and HIV Act 2017
AMAN PM and counselor attended training of NACP V and HIV Act 2017. Trainline's shared that convergence between the National Aids Control Programme (NACP) and the Department of Health and Family Welfare (DOHFW) is key point by NACP V. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued a notification for bringing the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017 in force from 10th September 2018 to prevent the spread of HIV or AIDS, provide anti-retroviral therapy (ART) for persons with HIV or AIDS.
